2025 was a warm and relatively dry vintage, with favourable conditions throughout the growing season allowing Shiraz to ripen steadily and evenly. Healthy canopies and excellent fruit condition helped maintain balance as the season progressed. Harvest conditions were favourable, with Shiraz reaching maturity with generous flavour, rich colour and excellent concentration, while retaining freshness and balance. The 2025 vintage has delivered Shiraz with intense dark fruit, vibrant spice and a plush, rounded palate, showcasing the depth, richness and unmistakable character of McLaren Vale.
