2026 was a mild and favourable vintage, with the cool conditions of the Adelaide Hills allowing Pinot Gris to ripen steadily while maintaining natural freshness and acidity. Healthy canopies and excellent fruit condition supported even flavour development throughout the season. Harvest conditions were favourable, with Pinot Gris reaching maturity with vibrant fruit expression, delicate aromatics and excellent balance, while retaining its characteristic freshness and vibrancy. The 2026 vintage has delivered Pinot Gris with bright orchard fruit, delicate florals and a fresh, textural palate, showcasing the purity, vibrancy and elegant character of the Adelaide Hills.
