2026 was a fresh and favourable vintage, with the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills providing ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc to develop bright aromatics and vibrant natural acidity. Steady ripening helped preserve freshness while allowing excellent varietal character to build throughout the season. Harvest delivered clean, expressive fruit with lively citrus and tropical characters, complemented by crisp acidity and a refreshing mineral edge. The 2026 vintage has produced Sauvignon Blanc with lifted aromatics, vibrant fruit and a crisp, energetic palate, capturing the freshness, purity and lively character of the Adelaide Hills.
